There seems to be a misunderstanding between the site-owners of playerhistory and me - if you can call it that. Personally, I feel deeply betrayed by them. There will be no further cooperation between our sites, you just have to gather information elsewhere. I will also send e-mails around to all of you, explaining the stuff in detail, but right now I don't have the time, as I am going away for the week-end.

Hi - there's a lot of people, who keep sending photos to us. That's very nice, but we can't use them. Due to copyright problems, we can only use photos which are authorized by the photographer, or private photos of players which they send us personally. We have to have an authorization, it's no good if you just send photos you find on the net or copy from old magazines. Sorry, but that's the way it is.

Swedish footballing legend Ake Bajdoff Johansson has kindly sent us some photos. He is the very first player to do so, and we are very grateful for it.

I am personally especially happy, because I remember reading about him in a book about football in the fifties, which my grandfather gave me when I was a young boy. So all sorts of fond memories there.

So, if you are a (former) national player and you want to see a picture of yours on the site, just follow Mr.Johanssons example and send us one, it will make the site much nicer.
